It's Wednesday , my legs are screaming at me, Last night I ended up running to the bar. 8 miles I did it in 1 hour and about 15 min. not bad. Could be better. It was busy, I was in my Gym clothes. But I really didn't care, I'm not there to impress anyone.

I'm going back to sleep, hopefully soon I'll be out of this rut
