I have this list of things that I want to do in my life, or things that I need to work on myself, some kind of feeling that I felt and then of course I feel bad for........ Words that I written down to help me deal... okay so I guess it's like a journal not really a list, but anyway here's one of the pages that I wrote.

All the tests are done, and they so far have come back negative,,which I guess I should be happy about for. I keep rereading Mike's email, like it's going to give me some kind of hope or some kind of answer , well some kind of new answer one that I like better. I just had a horriable birthday and weekend and now I have to deal with him breaking up with me.... I feel like I'm going to snap. My friends don't know what to say too me they are scared to touch me and they don't look at me when they talk to me. They get all nervous afraid to say something wrong, " things happen for a reason Heather" some say... ha that's funny , so what's the reason for getting Toilet bowel cleaner dumped on me while I was knocked out and it ate my flesh I yell at them and they get all weirded at and make a excuss and leave. MAYBE I should be nicer to them, they didn't do this to me but fuck i'm angry....I want to hurt someone I want to hurt them that did this to me !!!!!!, and yes I want to hurt Mike my love who couldn't handel it so left me and broke up by email.....I want revenge!!!! I want them to suffer to tell me why they did this to me!!!!! iM FIlled with such hatred I'm shaking i have this taste in my mouth, those asshole's took something from me!!! I trusted them.. fuck!!!

If you fill your self with bitterness and revenge toward others you will leave no room for the harmaony and love for your life. Forgive others and get rid of negativity and hatred and vengeance toward others, it will only consume you and destroy you not them.

Well that was 4 years ago and I'm glad that I found it inside of me to forgive becasue I might be so very different right now....lol such a angry person, I mean yea I get angery like anyone else but I understand where it comes from and I don't let if consume me...
