I have an idea of what you are going through. It is hell. You don't strike me as a person who normally has these problems so I assume that there are a physiological issues involved, probably brought on by your pregnancy. As much as I dislike and distrust the medical profession in general, you may wish to look into some medication that could help.

In the meantime, try to get out into the sunshine as much as possible. Light, aerobic exercise (walking) should help. Think about good things and good places before you go to sleep. Promise yourself to revisit them in your dreams. You often will. There's a chance that may be enough to get you back to where you should be. I hope so. Take care of yourself.

Are you really shocked? It seems to be his response. (aka,I'm a douche bag that deserves NO recognition. I know it's one sided and I don't know you or your situation personally. But this guy is clearly no good and should never be an influence on a child. I hop you can find a real man that doesn't suck and will be a decent role model for the child.

I don't know. Look, i'm sure you can look after yourself, pregnant or not, but you'd at least expect the courtesy of an offer of a ride. Basic friendship stuff can't be that hard surely?

This is nothing new and not just a problem with you. At the most recent establishment that I managed, most of the workforce was in their late teens and twenties. I can't tell you how many times at the end of an evening - there would be someone sitting and waiting in vain for a sibling, friend, boyfriend and sometimes even their spouse to come and pick them up. I'd drive them home. I was happy to do so. Customers would get dropped off and then sit and wait for hours on end for the people that they were supposed to meet - in vain. It used to happen all the time.

People can really suck.
