So I was in the hospital last night. I was having severe chest pains and numbness in my arm. Also shortness of breath. They released me after about 6 hours and I have to see a cardiologist in a week for a stress test. They said the EKG gave them some minor concerns. So now I am thinking, great I just turned 28 years old, and close to having heart problems or something. It has really screwed me up. Immediately I cut down on smoking, and I am trying to eat healthy and cut my caffeine intake. So I guess life is gonna be a little shorter now or something. Who Knows.
I do know that I have not really accomplished much in my short time here now, and one of the biggest things I feel I need to do is get an album done and I would like to finish my screen play. At least I will leave some kind of legacy if shit goes to hell sooner then I expect.
