sleeping early on saturday was nice. hives haven't come back yet. sunday i did a bunch of silly me things. went to the gym, then i decided to drive out randomly to walnut creek cause i've never really been there before and they had an arts and crafts show. it was entertaining. then i got groceries and came home. made a yummy little lunch which included a veggie burger and mixed veggies. had a few beers and decided i should walk around the lake. i saw ducks and geese. here is a bad camera phone picture.


i stumbled into a huge ethiopian festival. i think i might have been the only white person there. it was good times.



i then got yummy strawberry and dark chocolate gelato. it was really good. i decided after that i should get another beer cause it was happy hour. so i ducked into a dark bar and got 2 stellas. $3 each. the cute bartender girl recognized me from when i was like 19 years old and worked at a record store. i didn't recognize her but i said hi. she said she remembers me being the cute boy with a rasputin t-shirt. i took that as a compliment and smiled a bit. drank my drinks and headed back off for my trek back around the lake home. made some yummy breakfast for dinner, watched some sex and the city, went to bed early. had weird dreams that included some sg people in them. strange. woke up in a daze and caught tied up in the sheets. dsl seems out this morning, so left for work early and have been having a good work day so far. got a lot done for it being less than noon.
