it has almost been 10 years since i got my first tattoo. and oh boy, was it the ultimate "i'm "six"sixteen and i want a tattoo" tattoo. i found the picture in some tattoo book, then i went over some scratchers house that lived in Kailua. i drove up with my friend jesse york, and my sort of girlfriend at the time jackie (whom i would love to know what she is doing these days, haven't seen her in years). anyway we all went up, and we all had the best tattoo ideas in our 16yo heads. anyway, i ended up with this tribal design thing on my leg, little did i know at the time that it was a symbol for 'scorpio' and well, i'm an aries. yup. i love it.
