I'm learning about that too. It's pretty much a youtube thing and from what i've gathered (considering i only discovered this today) it's three brothers who seem to have links to the UK and Thailand (or somewhere else in Asia) They also seem to speak Chinese.

There are no eggs in it so you don't have to bake it, and it really does get firm and luscious! I was apprehensive when making it the first time too!
