Wow that's neato. I was sure it was some crazy complicated lighting technique! Gels you say? Nice. Thanks for the compliments, and yep that cake is delish. There are no eggs in it so you don't have to bake it, and it really does get firm and luscious! I was apprehensive when making it the first time too!
