So, I am supposed to be writing something good about myself everyday in my journal. That's kinda hard when you can't think of anything that is truthful to say.

About one year ago, I was miserable. I had no friend, no life, no job. I then just started saying have a nice day to people. The girl at the grocery store ringing in my items, people I accedentally ran into, my owe family members.
I couple monthes later I started to notice something. I was starting to have great days myself. I got me a job, got me friends, got me a life. All through positive thinking. Just start putting positive thoughts about yourself in you heart and mind and they will come true.
That is why I always end my comments with "Have a great day!"
Life is too short to beat yourself up and be negative about everything!
You are a good person. A great person! You deserve to be happy! Make it so. Do it now!
