fourth of july weekend was odd. fuck yeah fest was friday night in echo park. tons of people out on the streets. lots of music. mae shi played, but i missed them, which is unfortunate because they're an awesome band. i went to some party in a loft downtown afterwards and spent most of the time on the roof hanging out and drinking. some band played and the lead singer got naked... completely naked, so i had to step over a penis on my way back from the bathroom. not so bad really.

saturday night was an odd hip hop party at a recording studio downtown. my friend was bartending. once again i spent most of my time on the roof.

sunday night, party on the rooftop of the standard. naked boobies. lots of them. i took metro rail for the first time and it wasn't so bad. i highly recommend it. it's tons better than driving. after the standard, i went to a party in the valley with a bunch of metal dudes. such a fun time.

now i have a cough and i hope it's just allergies and i'm not getting sick.

i want to win the lottery and travel around the world.
maybe some day i'll write an exciting journal entry. probably not!
