Countdown: 2 days 'til I go out to celebrate my birthday with my closest friends, and 3 days until my actual birthday. I am looking forward to Thursday more so right now. Hell, two days off work is enough to get me pretty excited in any case.
I have my eyes on a couple of potential birthday presents; either a widescreen telly for my DVDs, or a new suit. Decisions, decisions...
Interesting day, today. A long strip of metal lining our glass front window broke off without apparent cause or warning, falling onto the head of a small girl, causing her to bleed. One lawsuit, coming right up. Later on, a member of staff observed a member of the public printing pictures on a digital machine of themselves surrounded by other men; all of them were holding AK47s, apparently not in the UK. All of them appeared to be Middle Eastern. The police were called and pictures, CCTV and statements submitted. Probably bugger all they can do, but it certainly deviated from the normal routine.

I hate lying to people. I hate parting people with more money than necessary just to line my own pockets. I hate rude, ignorant people for whom common courtesy is just another grunt.
