So, almost 11 years later, I figure I'd better update this in case anyone from then was still around of my few followers and let them know, yes, I am still alive. We were out of power for 7 days, and I had to relocate to another state for 9 months. Didn't lose my home, family is intact. All in all, I fared better than many. Yay.
