I've been going to the gym for about four months now and I have yet to see and real results. I do however feel healthier and stronger. I guess I'll keep going.

I've had this damn cold for the last four days and while I've been enjoying the fever dreams and hallucinations I'm tired of having a golf ball stuck in my throat. As our friend Nathan Explosion said on last nights episode of Metalocalypse said there's nothing worse than a summer cold.
