So, I finally made it back to the gym today. I haven't been since April. I been trying to motivate my lazy ass for months know to get on track. Oh, I had plenty of excuses as to why I haven't gone but, in the end they were all bull shit.

I would like to loses about 60 lbs or so of fat and put on some muscle. I have visions of a six pack and sculpted pecs, but lets face it I've had a gut and, man boobs my whole life. I have promised myself, however, that if I can get my arms in to respectable shape, I'll get that dragon tattoo I've been wanting forever.

I went straight to the gym after I got off of work this morning. I started off slow, so as not to kill myself on the first day.But, I always try to prove things to myself so I may have pushed a little hard for someone who has been siting on their ass for most of 2009, I got through and my back did not go out and the world did not end. I woke up felling a little sore, but I feel better on many levels. So it is back again after I get out of work in the morning.

I hope I can keep it up this time.
