So. that time has come once again.
"What time ?", you say.
Time for Mr. Sith to get his ass back to the gym and diet.
Week one, went well with the exception that I always forget just how expensive it is to eat right. I mean the all the bad you can get on the cheep, while thins like fresh veggies and lean meet tend to a bit more pricey. I've been making sure to eat healthy food from the time I wake up till bed time. Oatmeal and Greek yogurt for breakfast, a salad for lunch. After the gym I make sure to have a low cal protein shake, and then for dinner it chicken (cooked without the skin) or a turkey burger and some veggies.
I did only make it to the gym twice this week but it been a while and I hurt.
Next week I'll shoot for three days, maybe four if I'm feeling it.
