PT, PT, and PT
The first PT stands for Physical Therapy, which I started yesterday to help fix or alleviate my back problems. After some evaluations and measurements the therapist came to the conclusion the I am a freak.
Well I knew that, but more specifically my right leg is 2cm( about an inch) longer than my left leg, which causes my pelvis to tilt to one side. I also have a moveable sacral-iliac joints, which is perfectly normal... in women. These joints are usually fussed bone in men, but are movable in woman to allow for a wider birth canal during childbirth. So yes I have the hips of a woman.
The second PT stands for Pain and Torture, through which I was put trough today during my second day of physical therapy. It was not unexpected and not entirely unwelcome. With any luck after a couple of weeks I'll be able to make love to my girlfriend again
. And stop walking with a cane.
The third PT is for Perfect Thyroid. The best punk-ska band ever to come out of upstate New York, of which my friend Sean McLaughlin is the alto sax player. Perfect Thyroid will be playing at The Chance in Poughkeepsie, NY Saturday. I always have a good time watching them rock out and I'm hoping that my back is up to the outting.
