I think I'm going to take Tiger to the vet soon. He's insanely neurotic and I wonder if there is something wrong with him. He's started doing this thing where, if I leave him for an extended period of time -- like, I dunno, overnight -- he won't eat. I'll put hims vittles out and he'll point hims ears back, crouch down and dart from the room and hide. Then he'll stay wherever he is "hiding" and cry. It gets to the point where I have to lock him in the bathroom with nothing but his food dish and some water for half an hour or so until he gets bored and eats.

Yesterday I was eating a donut with my coffee, I got up to go to the bathroom and came back and he'd taken the liberty of dragging that donut onto my keyboard and devouring half of what was left of it. WTF??

He drools a lot, too. Like, a lot. It splashes on me like a leaky faucet. I've never had a cat drool so much, if at all.

He's still all around mean, with the biting and scratching. I refuse to declaw him - even at the vet's advice. I'm going to have to start trimming his claws, though. Lately, he's been furious with me and just runs up and hits me, claws out, for no reason.

Maybe he's bored. But, it's not like I can get him a friend. He doesn't like anyone very much and especially other cats. He will terrorize whomever and whatever. Whenever. Doesn't matter if it's cat, dog, toddler, adult... and it's just not cute anymore.

I need help with this one. I come home and he's torn something else to bits. That incident with the litter nearly brought me to tears. It should not be routine for me to come home with the lower level of the apartment in shambles because of one little cat. I almost feel like I need to lock him in a room with his own things to destroy.

I was telling my friend Brian how I want to get bean bag furniture. I love bean bags! They are comfy and easy to rearrange.. but I know one day I'll come home and find the bean bag beans scattered about and I'll cry.

Isn't there some sort of behavioral institute for cats? I think I recall the SPCA offering something like that. But, I think that was more for the strays they rescued. Tiger acts like a tormented stray cat, but maybe he's just a spoiled brat. I'll have to look into it.

I acquired two new scratches from him while I typed this. I was wearing a zip up hoodie and he clung to it, scratching, biting and kicking until I took it off.

I went out to sushi last night and this place had the most mild wasabi I'd ever had. I had to eat nearly a dime size glob of it to feel the burn that I like.

Oh yeah! I saw Sin City last night, too. That was a really cute movie! And I better understood Malloreigh's set and the ode to Old Town.

I auditioned for a TV show yesterday. It's one of those dating shows where they send you out and make fun of you. I'm an easy person to make fun of, so I figure I'll be perfect for the show. My brother and I had watched it one night while when we came out to L.A. to go apartment shopping. I'd said, "Dude! When we move out here, I'm totally going on that show!" I called him yesterday before I headed out to the studio and he says, "Nuh uh! You're really doing that???!!!" tongue

I hadn't auditioned for anything for a few years so I'd forgotten how casting directors will usually ask you some preliminary questions about yourself before you do the cold read. Normally, I would have considered some of the questions likely to be asked and have and idea of what my answers would be. This time I went in with nothing in mind, and since there was nothing to read from, my audition consisted entirely of a quick Q & A session.

One of the questions was which two celebrities do I have a crush on. I was surprised to find myself blurting out, "Jason Mewes and Sebastian Bach!" blush I've encountered both of those guys and can think of nothing to do aside from running away. They make me nervous. The camera guy said, "You're the second person who has said 'Jason Mewes' today". And the casting director said, "Who is that?"

Anyway, once they got enough footage to edit into a montage of me making an ass of myself they thanked me and said they'll be in touch once they find my guy. Woot!

Arrgh! Something big just crashed downstairs. Tiger had something to do with it, I know. I should go find out what needs cleaning up and if he's okay.

Cha!

Isn't the shit we watched as kids crazy? I watched a Different Strokes marathon last month and was totally freaked out by the fact that both boys called their adopted father Mr. Drummond...And how did we not know that Dana Plato was going to grow up to be a junkie?

That's okay I knew what you meant... although you did sound a little creepy!!! wink wink wink... of course if you ever catch me seriously complaining that a sexy SG like yourself is creeping me out then please feel free to slap me!!!

Well I hope the Mallrats screening went well - any good stories from the Q&A??? Did they mention what's gonna be on the new DVD (I'm actually really hoping for the alternate cut with the original assassination opening in and all the original dialogue but it doesn't look promising)!!! I really wish I could have gone but I think my next big trip will be for Vulgarthon 4... although if they do a Clerks 2 screening for the fans I may come over... I guess I'll see nearer the time!!!

Any yeah... collecting is my vice... that and food... oh and drinking too... collecting, food and drinking are my vices!!! biggrin
