I've been in hermit mode for the past three days. I didn't so much as see any daylight. I just stayed home alternating between napping and awake with Tiger. I hadn't even really talked to anyone. A couple people called and I answered even though I didn't feel like talking, then just hung up mid-conversation when I decided I wasn't really in the mood. I'm not one for chatting on the phone to begin with, so whatever.

Went to "work" at Club Vodka tonight. I'm glad I went. Called and booked myself to dance on Wednesday, come Thursday I wasn't really up for going out. But I know if I continued to stay home alone sleeping all day I'll just get depressed. So I took a long hot shower and did the war paint routine. That seemed to revitalize me a bit. And I'm glad I went.

Finally got to see New Rising Son.. They were really good. A bit showy, surprisingly mainstream. I could swear I'd heard one of their songs in a movie before. Also caught The Drts. I really enjoyed them... I really enjoyed the vocalist / bassist. Very fuckin' sexy. I danced for him while they were playing. He beckoned me to the foot of the stage and did some flirty verse for me about watching porn on TV.

There's no way around it. Partying is a big part of my life. I just need to also involve myself in other, more productive activities.
