Yay! I got my confirmation of my reservation at the Seattle Green Tortoise Hostel for September. I was afraid they'd be booked for Bumbershoot since I dragged my feet. I couldn't get a private room, but the way I party, who knows how often I'll even make it back to the room to sleep.

I'm going to that by myself, but some of the SG crew should be out. Hopefully I meet up with them.

I want to go to New Orleans in October to check out The House of Shock. I've been wanting to go for the past two years. I've been trying to enlist a companion for the trip, but if it comes down to it, I'll just take myself and trip down Bourbon Street or something. Shouldn't be too hard for me to get someone to go with once I'm there. I'm booking the trip at the end of this month and I'm fine flying solo.

I'm also planning a trip to Vegas for Christmas. I still have yet to go to Vegas and dammit I'm doing it. One of my friends says he's down to go around Christmastime. Fuck, I want to be there on Christmas, not around. Hmmm.... Vegas isn't really something I want to do alone, and Christmas is kind of a touchy time of year for me. One thing I know for certain is I'm not staying home moping alone again this time.

I ended up picking up a shift at one of my night jobs tomorrow.. so I'm guessing that means I should get my ass to bed since I'll be working around 16 hours tomorrow.
