I want to play my piano like Tori Amos.. and I want to do it NOW!!!

I'm growing bored with the beginner book I have. I'm not in a position where I can go paying for lessons... though it might not hurt to take a few to catch any bad habits may be developing. I'm thinking maybe I'll take myself to the music store and pick out some sheet music to try and wrestle with. At *least* practice would be more interesting... and probably more frustrating as well.

Actually, I already have sheet music. I have Tori Amos, The Doors, Sarah MacLaughlin, The Eagles. Hmmm.. maybe I'll try to learn Desperado. Heh.

I have tomorrow off of work. The boy will probably be sleeping until early evening. So, that means I have the whole day to myself!!

Too bad I'm broke.

I really have been wanting to see Eternal Sunshine.. and then Kill Bill Vol. 2 is coming out. Too bad I'm such a cheap ass. I simply cannot justify paying $9.75 for a movie. So, I'll probably just end up reading about it and letting other people tell me about it and then finally seeing it months and months later only to be disappointed because I'll feel that it didn't live up to all the hype.

Hmph.

I'm too grouchy and pessimistic lately.
