I am crazy about the show How I Met Your Mother. My roommate got me hooked on it with series DVDs. TV on DVD is the greatest thing I've been missing out on!
So, first I try to find out where I can go to a live studio taping of the show. They don't shoot in front of an audience.... which is understandable... but I've read that the screen the final edit to an audience, and that's where they get the canned laughter.... ???

Anyway, this is what finally threw me over the edge:
