I'm feeling better today (my medicine arrived from the pharmacy at Group Health) but I'm still not really all that functional. I guess I'm just normalizing and my body is resting one more day while it adjusts back into the Valley of the Dolls (my natural habitat).
By the way for all you animal owners and caregivers reading this I got two very strong warnings for ya...
Don't under any circumstances cheap out and buy those anti flea drops from HEARTZ, first of all it can cause seizure, severe allergic reaction and sometimes even death in animals less than 10 lbs, especially cats, and puppies, and also the crap does not work. If you love your pets please steer clear of this garbage.
As a lowly Veterinary Assistant... Who graduated with honors, and spent most of my time doing diagnostic testing and pharmacology work, I'd have to say that
I recommend Revolution by itself, or Frontline Plus combined with Heartguard tablets, although I like Revolution better because the active ingredient Selemectin, not only provides protection against fleas and ticks but also prevents heartworm.
Also Nature's Miracle pet training aid, is crap, it simply doesn't work, it almost attracts our dog to the speaker wire.... Grrr... I should've stuck with ol' reliable bitter apple spray... Thanks to our little Elvis, we now have no stereo in the main living pod... ACK!
Oh and for my fellow Sisters of the Order of Saint Dave Vanian and Vanian Vixens, here's some eye candy to apologize for being such a downer lately...
The Vanian in his natural habitat... Shhh Be very very quiet! We must not wake it while it sleeps.. I read in their book a while back that Dave sleeps straight as a pin, and doesn't move a muscle all day, and often is asleep with his eyes open... He freaked Rat Scabies out so bad when they had to share a room while on tour together that even though they could barely afford it, the road managers started making sure he got his own room on tour... I'm sure Patricia has changed all that now though... heh... Then again, if I shared a bed with Patricia (the most beautiful woman in the world not to mention my bass playing idol since I first heard Gun Club's Fire of Love LP) I'd sleep with my eyes open too if she were my wife... heheeh but I'm quite happy to watch my dear angelic husband juno106 while he sleeps. It's creepy I know but he does the same to me.. Always watches me sleep... Probably so he can learn my special covert covers-stealing methods... So without further ado... May the sleep of The Damned be with you! (And also with you!) Amen

Just dropped in to say hello Sis, and see what's been new. Not a whole lot here. I'm so fucking bored. I hate sundays. What good are money and wheels where there is no place to cause a fucking explosion. Maybe I'll just sit here and get trashed and fuck around on the PS2. I need to eventually get to the bookstore. I've ready everything in this place at least ten times. I've been eating Crawfish for three days. I can't cook but they are easy to steam so no problem there. In case you don't know they are little things that look like lobsters but are very small. You pretty much just snap the tail and eat the meat. Fuck it, i'm gonna go get a beer, see ya around babe......L8er.........AJ
