S'up, my home skillets? Long time no write. Sorry about that. Well, as for me, let's see....

1. Have become extremely interested in African Diasporic spirituality (Santeria, Voudon, etc). I have met a few people here in town and might be getting a reading next month.

2. I am starting to exercise again, and also was put on a low-sodium diet last month due to my blood pressure being a bit high. Feeling much better. It's an ongoing process, for sure.

3. Byron and I are doing fine. Married life is just like unmarried life. Whattaya know.

4. Mom is doing pretty well at the adult care home. She keeps having minor falls, though. Not sure what we can do about that.

5. We have adopted 2 new stray cats, Spalding and Delbert. I made a silly movie of them which you can see here. Marvin is not happy about the entire situation, no, not at all.

6. Still working at Caravan Studio part-time. In spite of the occasional flake who thinks she's going to be the next Rachel Brice, it's the best job ever.

7. Still doing Radio Bastet. Podcasting is imminent. And the bumperstickers are still only a buck. Buy some now, dammit.
