i had a good halloween... dressed up for work... saw my nephews... gave out candy... the clients loved seein the trick-or-treaters... fun fun...
i am noticing a change in my body... it's weird... i actually feel slimmer... clothes that fit me a year ago hang on me... crazy... i've been eating smaller meals and waiting longer in between... not necessarily on purpose... i've been busy and i'm a picky eater... and i'm broke for the next 2 weeks... good thing my workplace and my grandma both have open kitchens...
... i have plenty of food, i just have to learn to prepare it...
dammit... i am feeling a lot better... drinking lots of tea... that probably helps with the weight loss too because it means i'm not drinking pop or coffee with fatty creamer... i finished reading even cowgirls get the blues and i liked it... weird enough to keep my attention... very sex oriented... very good though... wonder what to read next... fun fun...

im glad youve been oki .. were you looking to lose some weight .. i didnt know that .. green tea without any sugar or creamer is a good for dieting because it has a ingredient in it that burns away fat .. just to let you know
