I'm pleased to say I've finally made it away from the sads and the stresses of the past two weeks back into happy land.
My shoot on Sunday was so much fun. The journey to London which usually takes an hour took a hellish four hours thanks to rail works and what not but once that was over with I found myself working with an absolutely awesome team. The shoot was for a certain tattoo mag and I'm crossing my fingers it makes it to publication. All the hair and make up stylists did an awesome job on the models, we all looked very fancy! Will post pics when I can! Afterwards I went to stay with one of my lovely London friends and was treated with wine, pizza, history programs & much sympathy for my aches and pains thanks to the corset I'd worn for some of the pics! Perfect way to chill out.
On Tuesday the old party girl in me made a comeback. My friend Mop came over for dinner and I'd made an accidental purchase of three litres of wine instead of just getting a bottle. We managed to get through about two litres of the stuff and being as I've hardly drank at all in the past 4-5 months I was most definately drunk. Managed to have a good catch up and Mop leant his shoulder for me to have a little cry on which was definately good to do. He's the first friend I've ever really talked out any problems with and it was good to be able to tell someone whats been going on, felt a lot better for it. After the wine we headed to the pub to meet up with some of my friends. I continued drinking and ended up meeting a really hot guy who I later ended up vomiting in front of- classy as ever.
I've spent today paying bills and penalty fines, some dating back to July. I really need to get organised and probably should find an accountant. It feels good to know that everything to date is paid off (I think) for once.
Meant to be going to a party tonight but I'm exhausted. The parties only 5 doors away but it still seems like a bit too much effort. Think its gonna be an early night for me tonight ready for a nice day of cleaning my flat tomorrow, one of my favourite things to get stuck into.
I still am so overwhelmed by the amount of love my recent sets had, thank you all so so much for all the messages and comments, means a lot, you're all stars!
