Well, I finished my Conscientious Objector packet and now I just have to grab my sack and submit it. Did I mention the Army is hurting so much that I, the president of the Fort Hood chapter of Iraq Veterans Against the War and one of the most outspoken (if not THEE most outspoken) servicemember in the entire Armed Forces, has been promoted to Staff Sergeant.

Though would you believe my bass is on friggin' backorder? I am very impatient.
What does your concientious objector package involve? I don't usually tell people this because some people tend to look down on it, but my great grandfather was a concientious objector in WW2 on account of being a pacifist - he was a Brethern Priest and a skipper of a fleet of fishing boats. They took all his boats from him and threw him in prison. From what I've read about other objectors he got lucky.
Anyway, I think you have balls for standing up for what you believe in and in such a proactive way.
