I just met the loveliest homeless man who's pet rat Snowy passed away from a heart tumor. He has a new baby girl rat who's so cute and affectionate. I offered to help in any way I could but he said people have been so generous that he's got enough food for himself and his rat fora while. Had a good chat to him about rats and showed him a picture of my two girls. I wanted to help so badly but I'm just as broke as he is
at least I have a home. It's amazing how such a small creature can give someone so much happiness and companionship. I felt a little teary after that so I bought him a coffee and a sandwhich :,)

Oh my god! I know this guy and I knew about little Snowy! I met him on my way to Frankie's the night my parents kicked me out - we sat down, had a few cigarettes and I bought him a coffee. That's so sad to hear about little Snowy though
