We need a modern day Robin Hood. Someone who can rip off all the rich, greedy scum who cause stress, pain and suffering to those who don't deserve it. She should take all their money and use it to buy food, water, medicine and blankets to help the people and animals who need it more than the stuck up, rich snobs who keep it all for themselves and use it to buy shit they don't need, like 24kt gold cigarette paper, so that they look cool in society. I'd start with the revenue department, politicians and bank CEO's.
