I think I just went through the worst 24 hours of my life. I took yesterday off work because I've been suffering badly with anxiety and depression. I nearly lost the love of my life forever last night, and today has just been hell in my head. The only things keeping me afloat are my rats and my drive to make a difference for animals in this world. I desperately need psychiatric help or else my life will be destroyed by this illness. I wouldn't wish this upon anyone. It is internal agony and there's nothing to take away the pain. I'm not really looking forward to going back to work tomorrow. I just don't think I'll be able to talk to anyone, let alone customers 
I'm going to try and find a decent psychiatrist tomorrow, I have to do something about this before it gets worse.

Sorry to hear your pain...look at your depression as a way your body is telling you something has to change and change comes from within...not without...good thing to mainate on. In the meantime maybe read the book...The Road Less Traveled...the begining of the book lays the foundation for change...taking responsibility for your healing. Good luck...oh work...when life turns to shit your job can be a great and needed distraction to your shit. Lastly...my two cents...laugh when you feel like crying...hope it helps...
