Just a little about me as this is my first journal post.
I live about 10 miles from Durham although I am originally from Rochdale, Lancashire. I have lived in this area for the last 11 years. I prefer it to Lancashire as there is more open countryside, great for motorcycle rides
. My family still live on a farm in Lancashire which I visit usually once a month.
I originally moved to the Durham area to take my current job. I am a HGV driver for a large parcel delivery firm. I work nights which I prefer as I have never been an early morning person.
I would say I am a petrolhead as I love anything with an engine that I can have fun on. I have done a few driving experiences at motor racing circuits, a track day in my own car, a motorcross day and plenty of jet skiing on holidays. I have also tried snowboarding and scuba diving. I would love to try a parachute jump but haven't got round to it yet.
