Well the deal is this. He said he would allow someone else to finish it as long as I showed him a picture of it done. I talked with him about having Aaron Bell at Slave to the Needle do it.
I liked the guy who tattooed me so much I want him to finish it. So I am going to go back in a few months and have him do it.
