Hello SG land,
Since I fell behind a lot with the many great sets that have been out in the last weeks I thought it was pretty pointless to talk about that for now. So for this weeks blog I have a different topic. I'll share with you my experience in Dutch Comic Con 2016.
Dutch Comic Con is still very small if you compare it to San Diego Comicon, hell it's even smaller that the Con's I've been to in Mexico, but on the other hand it seems it's only the third edition now (citation needed, I'm not sure). So with that in mind I thought it was quite good. There was everything you could expect from a con, lots of stands to buy stuff, videogame tournaments, special guests, panels and lots and lots of cosplay.
While on the cosplay subject, I went to the props stand of a lady I'm collaborating with to help out with the cosplay. They focus on Star Wars props and armors. And boy do they rule, here are a few pics of the kind of stuff you could see in their stand:
Sometime later they called all of the Star Wars cosplayers at the con to take a massive group pic:
All in all I had a lot of fun, and I'm looking forward to attending next year too. Maybe I'll do some cosplay myself? Who knows.
I know I said I wouldn't recommend sets this time, but I have a special request, please go spare some love for @lorii in her new set P.M. , this girl should have gone pink long ago, so let's make it happen.
