So, as an update...

We (myself and aforementioned crush) DIDN'T go out Wednesday, but we DID end up going out late Friday and into Saturday morning. It was AMAZING!! ^.^ Got to watch the sun rise with him and have a long talk about pretty much everything. Unfortunately, the weekend was crap because he didn't have his phone on him and I let some of my regulars from work convince me that all he was after was a piece of ass.

Man, was I never so glad to be proven wrong.

My ex came over last night.... One thing led to another, and things were alright until he decided that he wanted to talk about things and try to tell me that I could always turn to him if I needed someone to talk to. ... Not happening. Don't get me wrong. I DO appreciate the gesture; but there are just WAY too many emotions there.

So, at 4 this morning, I ended up texting my friend ( the crush) and asking him to meet me at one of the local parks; and he did! I was beyond amazed. So we ended up spending the morning just sitting and talking about OUR stuff, which, oddly, helped calm me down. Go figure.
