This is the last blog entry about the Street Parade, I promise... Didn't get a lot of sleep last night from all the drunks stumbling past my house, shattering glass bottles and police sirens. Then this morning when I went to Starbucks across the street there was a teenage couple curled-up just outside our gate. They were probably looking for cover from the rain and looked pretty out of it. So romantic. Actually, it reminded me about some of the outdoor festivals I used to go as a kid. For some reason it would always rain at these events. And you'd always have some fuckwit throwing-up right in front of your tent, haha... I'm so glad I'm older now and don't have friends who fancy camping...

Went to see "Public Enemies" this afternoon. What a great movie! Johnny Depp was his usual great, but I also enjoyed Christian Bale's performance. He's such a cool guy as well. Oh, and I really liked that French actress who portrayed Dillinger's girlfriend. Gorgeous and sexy in a very low key kind of way. I need to read more on Dillinger's life. Fascinating story.

This will be officially my last week at work. But they already asked me to stay on longer on a freelance basis. I'm glad and can certainly use the money.
