My German buddy bought a beautiful, brand spanking new mountain bike a couple of week ago. Expensive wheels to say the least. We went for a beer last night in Zurich's old town. So we come to this bar, he gets off the bike and leans it against the wall. His phone rings, he answers it. I already go inside to get us a table. A couple of minutes later, he storms inside all pissed off. Turns out that while he talked to his girlfriend on the phone, somebody stole his bike! No insurance, 3000 Francs down the drain. Major bummer... I just wonder, are other cities just as bad? Everybody I know has his or bike stolen at least once (including yours truly) - regardless whether or not it was locked.

Decided to take some cooking classes this summer. It's pathetic. I can barely boil water... Once I know the basics, I want to learn to make suhsi. I absolutely love it and it must a lot of fun doing the rolls and stuff.
