Glad this working week is over. Getting pink slipped kinda ruined the last couple of days. It's been quite cold and very rainy today too. Yo big guy, at least let me have a decent summer... 
On to the good news: I discovered a really cool band today: Crash Kings. They're a cross of Maroon 5 and Supertramp. Or smart pop/rock as I like to call it. Check them out:

I'm also really excited that my very good friend from Chicago will be visiting me in September. It's one of those great internet stories. We met through melodicrock.com, a sited dedicated to 80's AOR/Hardrock and started trading rare CD's and stuff. He's got a great family too. We all went to Vegas together a couple of years ago and I try to visit them in the windy city whenever possible.
