Hey friends! so I've not been on here in a little while, well I've been in Cuba having the time of my life!
12 days of scuba diving in the Caribbean is a decent enough excuse not to be active here right? Well I had the most amazing time, meeting and getting to know some amazing people. As it was through uni we did lots of scientific diving, brushing up on sampling skills and even did a project while we were out there. My buddy and I were looking at the sea fan Gorgonia ventalina, seeing if depth, exposure, predation had an impact on the amount of damage they had. It was quite interesting and we have so much data to look at over the summer now (I bet this sounds so boring to most people haha). The people in Cuba were so lovely and the cars are totally amazing! It's given me mad wanderlust now though, I'm dying to go travelling and meet some more new people (Australia here I come! Soon!)!!! Here's a quick photo drop of some of the trip.
One of my closest friends just got married! I organised the hen do and was a bridesmaid! It was a really fun day and my friend looked amazing!
Not much else to report. I'm finally having more work done on my half sleeve tomorrow (hopefully) so I'll be posting pics of that after! How is everyone?!
