I'm old.

Went to a party at Eric's brother's house and was by far the oldest person there. Yes, I was the cardinal old person hanging out with all the young, hip kids. Usually it's like a parent, or a cousin or some shit, but tonight it was me. Fuck, it's weird realizing that college students are young to me. I guess in my head I still think of myself as a student, even though I've been out of school for 2.5 years now.

I could use friends my own age, but most people my age have kids.

Eric's always mocking my angst over my age, but he's 24 for gods sake and believe me, things look way different on THIS side of 25. Thirty's looming.

In other news, I got a job and I start Monday. Yay for making $$.

Also: Eric and I are thinking about getting married next year.
