Been such a long week so far. With my bff gone to see her husband half the world away and my sis in law in the hospital ( pre term labor ) I find my self stretched thin emotionally. Besides that I am just so damned tired. My sleep study shows I am suffering from massive nightmares but the cause is yet unknown. Have to wait for the test results next week. And then another sleep study to see if the medicines are gonna work. Woot!...not. It frightened me to be sleeping in such a strange place...I feel so uncomfortable when im not in my own bed. The sleep techs where great and understood I dont like being away from home like that but it was still hard. Hopefully the study will give the dr a better idea of what to do for me12 years and nothing but bad dreamsits no wonder I am so tired all the time.
