depends on what you want to get out of it if you do join, I would say that for the least strenuous PT you should go airforce, I would never reccomend Marines to you since you had heart surgery, but all in all, you did have the surgery so I'm inclined to say that you might just be exempted from duty all together...

I am bummed that SG is no longer really about the "members." I know that this has been going on since the revamp, but I just noticed today that you can't make comments on pics in the albums. From not being able to search out members, see birthdays, or see who is local, the site just seems to be so much more about the "girls"...
