So how many of you people have dated others much younger than yourselves? I have a girl from home that is really into me, and half my age. I don't want to feel like a weird old guy, but she is legal, and she does have a kid. I wonder if she has ulterior motives or if she really is into me, I do think I am a rather handsome guy. Should I try and keep her at arms length or see where this goes?

legal i think is skewed here....in my mind since i've over 21 i consider 'legal' 21... wouldn't want a guy i couldn't take to certain bars or such, even if you're not a drinker. as for the age game in general, no i don't think it's wrong if you have 10-15 years between you... 20 might cause some generational problems... but since you're already involved with the gal my advice?

1) what's her situation? is she recently single? is she struggling to raise her child (children)?
2) does she ask you for thinks? are you 'helping' her out? does that strain how you feel about her?
3) how does she feel about the age? does she brush it off or joke about it?

if it feels weird or any of the above are weary, i would be about it too... as in yourself lol just take it slow and see what happens if you are into her but keep a eye for the obvious, sometimes that's harder than it seems when we're into someone... good luck cutie
