I had a good gym day today, i worked the chest, i dropped a few pounds too, i'm around 148 now. I'm going for a even fighting weight of 143-145. That means cutting out the junk food... bleh!

mailed off some stuff today, slept at my parents... watched u571, they have satelite. bought a bunch of cds;
