Work was absolutely dead tonight. It rained a little bit for the first couple of hours which scared quite a few people away, I'm sure. The shows were hardly crowded so there wasn't that much to do.

I talked quite a bit with my lead (supervisor) about what I need to do to better myself as a Cast Member and better set myself up for a lead position by next summer. He gave me some good tips, then we went back to checking out the incredibly hot girls that grace our presence as guests to the park.

We do that a lot, checking out girls. The both of us have really become good friends since the beginning of last summer, and hang out quite a bit during work. He's someone that I really look up to as a superior and I know that I can learn a ton from the guy. He's the one that would decide whether or not I receive lead status when I apply, so I make it a point to spend a great amount of time around him at work to learn as much as I can.

I love the position I am in at Disneyland right now when it comes to working guest control for Fantasmic!. It puts me in the perfect setting to talk to the girls that come, and generally get some good guest interaction in. I love being out in the park and around everyone. We have some really good people among the dominant asshole population of guests. Some are absolutely hilarious and others do absolutely hilarious things.

I have tomorrow off, so I may take that opportunity to ask Cathee out to a movie or something. Here's hoping.
