hope everyone is having a good day!! i feel amazing right now! i worked out actually ran broke a sweat did the elliptical lifted lots of strething just feel alive! went to whole food picked up a few thiongs donated money to haiti. cant stop crying when i watch cnn but thats another blog! i went to the bank this morning and the lady kept counting say i was short there was a line one teller so i was just like fuck it it is what it is. tried not to dwell come home find 70 bucks on my desk ..i think im just feeling good by living a little bit simpler and cleaning my body so i feel good inside and out and its working..plus its 50 degrees out and sunshine always helps! any was just wanted to write out how good i feel. hoping tonight to take a few pics in the bikinis from last summer ot start tracking my progress.
