so, i went to a funeral today with my mom for support. it was for her 19 year friend that passed away in car accident. she was not wearing her seat belt and was flung from the car when her car rolled. it was so sad. i really hate going to funerals, especially when they are so young.
but it is when tragedies like these that make me realize even more so how precious life is and that we really shouldn't take it for granted.
so... be sure to always tell the ones you care about just how much you love them appreciate them. i do this all the time already but i feel like i could it more. i am so thankful everyday to have been so fortunate for the family i was given and for the friends that i have made. life's much too short to not go after what you want and desire.

"I do not want to get to the end of my life and find that I just lived the length of it. I want to have lived the width of it as well."
