Well, vacation's officially over!
I went back to work today--even went in early cause I knew I'd be swamped--and it was even worse than I thought. The girl who was supposed to cover for me did the half-assed job I expected from her...so that was no shocker, but the computers were down for two hours after I came in.
Didn't really matter though, cause I literally spent that two hours sorting through and filing the five-inch-tall stack of papers piled up on my desk. 
Sounds like a barrel o' fun I know, and tomorrow I get to actually key in all 890 of those pages! Whoop-de-fuckin-do!!! 
Meanwhile, my whole body is stiff from brutally murdering some very uncooperative hostas yesterday. (Those are plants, for the horticulturally-challenged. ) So now I have a hot date with a bubble bath and some vodka. (I plan to drink the vodka, not bathe in it, though that could be fun. 
)
