I am battling a cold right now & I plan to be the victor...green tea & a hot bath usually helps a lot. In other battlefront news, the ants have retreated from our kitchen, though there are a few stragglers hanging around.
Yesterday I helped Marksy with his wedding shoot, which mostly involved carrying camera bags and sitting on a hard-ass chair for hours. The reception was ghetto-fabulous, complete with a Kool-Aid fountain, lotsa loud hip-hop & dancing. There was a bar (beer plus a giant bottle of brandy & a giant bottle of vodka) but I did not partake since I was feeling crappy.
I get to hang out with broken_princess, SteveNeurotic, and Adonis later today, so my weekend will probably turn out to be OK after all.
