Well, there's a first time for everything & this is the first time I ever got on this site at work...everybody's gone who would give a shit.
As predicted I didn't get to see Korn last night, but I marked my calendar for June 10 for NIN & Bauhaus. At least it's a Saturday. What the hell is with all these concerts on weeknights?????
Nirvana's playing on the radio, "Lithium." I should see if there's a music thread about bands you just can't listen to anymore.
I can enjoy a Nirvana song on the radio, but after 1994 I have never played another Nirvana tape or CD. They were one of my favorite bands, I loved everything from Bleach to Incesticide, but it's like after Kurt Cobain died my desire to ever hear them again totally shut down. I can listen to Alice In Chains & other dead people, but I just can't get into Nirvana anymore.
Now POD's on. I wish Charlotte had a decent radio station. There's a station out of South Carolina ROCKS but it doesn't come in very good. This station just plays Nickelback & Fall Out Boy, with very few exceptions.
