Now my cat is standing right in front of the monitor...why the hell do they do that? He's a bengal, several generations removed from the wild...gorgeous green eyes & leopard spots
The thought for today is: marriage is a horrible horrible thing
The deep commitment of your soul to another's is beautiful, the pagan/spiritual aspect of the ceremony is beautiful. BUT then you go back to normal life and eat sleep & breathe your choice every day. Truth is, monogamy is unnatural.
It's unnatural to have sex with 1 person for 40-plus years. Marriage needs to be redefined. People are living to be 100, damning themselves to hollow passionless lives they stuff with kids and errands and plasma TVs. How sad that they will never feel the spark of lust again, the happiness that a new love brings. Everyone says open relationships don't work, BUT monogamous relationships don't work either. Half of marriages end in divorce. 70% of marriages have infidelity. Enough already.
Bottom line: if you're thinking about getting married, don't do it!!!you are just inviting misery over your doorstep
