So my life has been a bit busy as of late. After coming back from the trip I won to NYC, which was Dope. I started a new position as sous chef at the new Double Tree in my area. It's different from what I'm use to and I miss my Goonies (old team). Still it's an exciting adventure and addition to my culinary story. Until I get a spot going, I'll keep doing what I must.
